I build systems.
I'm Julio Carrizales, an AI systems integrator based in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. I connect the systems a business runs on — security, communications, operations — and I build them so they run themselves: systems that watch real-world environments, make sense of what they see, and act on it.
Each project began as its own solution — a security install, an AI receptionist, a lead engine, an operations build. Over time they started sharing the same infrastructure, language, and intent. So I stopped treating them as one-offs and built them into a single structure.
ITZAR is that structure — and this site is its catalog. Every platform here is something I've built or am actively building: systems that see (IXORA), think (AUX-IA), act (ARGUS), discover (SCOUT), operate (XOLAN), and illuminate (LUMA).
